Appointments

Parks Medical Centre operates via an appointment system.

Enquiries are welcome by patients, health providers and medical representatives. Doctors will endeavour to take your call but in some instances, the doctor may be consulting and reception staff will take your message and the doctor concerned will endeavour to call back within 24hrs.

All queries for results or specialist notes, doctors will require an appointment due to privacy and confidentiality issues, will not be discussed over the telephone.

Billing

We are a BULK BILLING practice. Some services may require payments for more information please speak to reception i.e. Radiology Providers, Pathology Services, Some Driver’s Licence and Private Medicals.

NB: If you do not hold a Medicare card or have any other queries regarding billing, please speak to Reception

Access & Facilities

 • Our medical centre has access for patients with disabilities, with disabled parking spots available

 • Clinical laboratory on-site

Personnel

Currently two GPs are working on-site, with more personnel joining us in the near future. Our GPs are highly experienced, well-qualified and caring.

Dr. Martha Karuga

Dr Karuga is mixed billing gap $20 fee for everyone even children. $10 for pensioners aged 65+. $15 for all phone consults. new patients and patients without a medicare card is additional $46

Dr Karuga did pediatrics in Poland and underwent extensive training in pediatrics since 2002-2013. Afterwards she underwent GP training.
